As for the engine LGW, the volume reduction to three liters was managed to achieve due to the decrease of the diameter of the cylinder to 86 mm with the same piston stroke of 85.8 mm. This six-cylinder Twin Turbo resembles the aspirated engine in the main components, but differs in even more durable forged crankshaft, new valves with hardened saddles and other items.

The LGW motor received low-inertia turbochargers and the boost pressure reaches 1.25 bars. Turbo engine power reaches 405 hp at 543 Nm of torque. This is one of the most forced engines. And the noise level is even less than that of the motor of Audi 3,0 TFSI. Cadillac engines can make a real competition to producers from the Old World.
