Cadillac Company brought an updated CT6 sedan to the final road tests. In the Internet there are available spy photos of the test prototype published by Motor1. According to the publication, the car’s official debut will take a place at the Detroit Motor Show in January 2018.

According to the pictures, the restyled CT6 will borrow some stylistic elements from the Escala concept car. The modification will receive a wider grille, new optics; different bumpers and sports exhaust system with two nozzles.

Most likely, the power unit of the new Cadillac CT6 will be similar to the one offered for the previous car’s version. In addition, the updated model may have charged modifications such as CT6 V-Sport and CT6-V. For the first one the carmakers will offer an upgraded 3-liter twin-turbo V6, and the second will be equipped by a 4.2-liter eight-cylinder engine with two turbines. According to another version, the CT6-V version will be supplied by a 6.2-liter unit from the Chevrolet Corvette. As a reminder, the current Cadillac CT6 is available with a 2-liter V4 turbo generating 265 horses, as well as with a 335-hp 3.6-liter atmospheric motor.
