Cadillac Escala concept made its debut at the elegance competition at Pebble Beach. This is the third show-car presented at this exposition after Ciel model presented in 2011 and Elmiraj of 2013 year. The representatives do not consider Escala as a serial version. However, they think about manufacturing of a sedan model bigger than CT6.

The Cadillac Company says that their new car is a sedan with a trunk like a liftback or something like a 4-door coupe. In fact, we face a real exotic: F-Class liftback. The concept model has the next dimensions: the length is 5347 mm (it is 163 mm more than CT6 model has),
width – 1948 mm (+69 mm) and the tall – 1455 (-17 mm). Besides, its wheelbase makes 3228 mm and dicks are 22-inch in size.

The conceptual liftback looks very interesting. The narrow optics and traditional vertical side stripes are provided by the organic LED. The flagman’s design gets also a grille with 3D elements as well as dual spoke discs. Johan Nayssen noticed that a presentation of Escala concept had two solid goals. Firstly, this is the future iteration design and technical improvements. Secondly, the new Escala returns the brand to the top of the premium segment.
